wow... what a turn-out Friday night as young and old from all around, joined together to pack the house at Strange Brew Coffee House in Greenwood, IN for Something Borrowed -- an event to support the making of the local independent film "Borrowed Time". Dancing, laughter, and foot-tappin fun went along with some of the most talented musicians in the Indy area. A special thanks to Dan and Toni Carr (who by the way, make some of the most AMAZING chai on the planet), owners of Strange Brew, who allowed us to host the event. And a special thanks to Joel Rockey who set it all up :) Another big thanks to all the musicians involved -- Hannah, Kyle Siegel, Scott Hensley, Joel Rockey, and Ben Flack. And thanks to talented young artist Nash Sweney and Laura Sweney who donated art for silent auction.
our next fundraising event will be held on Sun March 30th at the St Francis Univeristy Campus in Ft Wayne, IN... there will be food, fun, and music all day long! as well as.... dun dun dun... its a secret... but its going to be incredible. you wont wanna miss it!
for more information on the film, future benefits, or how you can be involved in either, please contact director Eddie Web at shawna.brummett@gmail.com
